;� RESOLUTION ORDERING HEARING ON APPLICATION I+'Ct� AMENI�SENi
TO ZONING ORDIVANCE.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the city council of Hopkins
requesting that Ordinance No. g (the zoning ordina.nce) of the city be amended
by removing the following deecribed real estate from the residential district
and pla.cing it in the induatrial district, to-wit:
All that part of the Northweat �arter (NW�) of the
Southwest �.iarter (SW�) of Section Twenty (2�) ,
Township One Hundred Seventeen (117) , Range Twenty-
one (21) , lying Northerly of the center line of
Ezceleior Road, and Ea,sterly of the West line of
Section Twenty (20) , and Westerly of the West line
of Gerard'g Meadowbrook Addition, according to the
''� duly recorded plat thereof on file a.nd of reco rd in
the office of the regiater of deeds of Hennepin
County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the city council of Hopkins has referred said vetition to
the city zoning commiesion; NOW, TAFR�'I+�ORE,
IT IS HER�BY ORDE�i,ED that the zoning commission hold a public hearing
on said petition at the council chambera in the city hall on the 27th _^
day of December , lg�, at 8:00 o'clock P. M. , and that the
secretary of th� commisaion give seven (7) days published notice of said hearing
in the official paper of the city by publishing a copy of this resolution
therein.
