Justus moved, Kokesh seconded, that the ZoninQ Commissien recomm$nd to the
City Council that permission be granted to Pfeiffer �onstruction Comnar,y to
xemove gravel from the Jasperson CTravel Pit� locat,ed north and Wf?$�'i of St„
Louis Street and Monk Avenue� known as Lot 93, Audit�orts St�bdzzr.i.sa.on 239;
but su.ch removal not �o be below the le?rel of surr'ounding road�. Car'.ried.
Parks moved, Justus seconded, t?�a+, recom�mendation also be made to change
Zonina 4rdi.nance empowering the City �gineer to pass on special use permi.ts.
Carried.
Kokesh moved, Justus seconded, that the City En�ineer make recommendation as
to gravel removal by Harry Lindberry from Lot 21�, Block 1, Stevens Oakwood
Park Addi+.,ion. Carried.
Parke moved, Blomcuist secar:ded, tnat rec�msrendation he nade to the City
Council that the request,�s set up in Zor_in_g Resolution No.11a., askinb for
permission. to loc�.te a mul.tiple dwell.ing unit 5t f.rom the rea.r lot line on
^ part of Lot 6, �vditor�s Subdivision 2�.2� be denied. Carried unanimous�y.
Parks novecz, Kokesh seconded, that definite reco*�mendat,ion be made by the
City Engineer covering space for car parking for multiple dwellings. Ca.rried.
Justus moved, Blomquist seconded, that reconmenda.tion for off-alley �arkin�
l�e considered by the City �gineer for loading of trucks and be ma.de to
i-,he Zoning Commission wit.hin s3x weeks. Car.ried.
