The Zoning and Planning Commission Mer.ibers of the Cit3* of Hopkins
met at the city hall at 1 otclock P.�., October 26, 195Z, for the
express pur►�ose of making a tour of the east and west alleys� just
north and south of bccelsior �venue, to determine on which sic�e of
the alley it would be best to have a 6� set back in order to widen
said alleys. Members making the tour were Johnson, Pivec, Parks�
Perbix, Laska, and Elmquist.
It was determined that it would be best to have a 6t set back on
the north side of the alJ_ey, just north of Excelsior Avenue from
7th �enue to 7.3th Avenue, and on td�e south alley as follows;
From 6th Avenub t.o 7th Avenue, 3� set back on each side
From 7th Avenue to 8th Avenue� 4f set back on south side,
2� set back on the north side
From 8th Avenue to 9th �venue, 6� set back on the north side
From 9th Avenue to lOth Aven.ue� 6� set back on the north side
and check with P.C1.Dept. as to south side
From lOth Avenue to llth Aven�re, 6� set back on south side
-� From llth Avenue to 12th �venue� 6+ set back on sovth side
From 12th Avenue to 13th Avenue, 6+ set back on the south side
