Perbix moved, Taylor seconded that recom�endation be Made to the City Council that the petition as proposed by the Niinneapolis Terminal Ware- house Company for the vacatin� of the following streets and alleys be approved; 1. T-,�ler Avernze from the north boundary of Lot 5, Block 1, 1Nest Ntpls. Center� e::tended to the intersection of Tyler Avenue tirith St. Louis Street. 2. Harrison Avenue from its intersection with t.he southerr. boundax�f of Second Street PJorth to i�,s intersection with the north�resterl��- boundary of St. Louis Street. ^ 3.
