Hagen, appointed a subcommittee consisting of W. Harlan Perbix, a. J. Parks, Joseph Witmer, Frank Laska and Evat Johnson, to investigate and r�port the possibility of amending Ordinance No. 8, Section 1�., Subdivision 5 D. In conjunction with the acquisition of this land, it is tne recommendation of this subcommittee that the utility companies be requested , to move th� poles and bury the wires. � The subcommittee furth�r r�commends that in commercial districts where alleys are less fihan twenty (20) feet in width, the owner must provide sufficient space on his property for parall?I unloading, such space to be at least of the size of ten ( 10) feet by thirty-five (35) feet.
