commercial be tabled until such time that a proposed definite plan is presented for
consideration to the 6oning and Planning Commission for which these lots woald be
used for. Crarried.
Yerbix moved, Taylor second.ed, that the =�equest b3� the Pioneer Iumber and Fuel Compar�y
dated 1120/53 pertaining to the rezoning of that property now zoned multiple dwelling
to commercia.l be tabled until such time as the final completed report of I,. Sevoe &
�lssociates has been received. Carried.

request as set up in Resolution #26 for rezoning of Lota 7, �, 9, 10 and 11, Block I
