� Chaisman Hagen called for nominations for one of the �mbers to s�rve as chairman of the
Comm3.ssion for the term ending 7/31/5l�.
Johnson moved� T�ylor secon�ded, the nomination of W, Harlan Perbix for the term ending
7/31/55 and that nominations be closed. Carried.
Perbix moved� ,Anclerla seconded, that recommenp�dation be made to the City Cowncil that '
Wally Iund�s request for the extension of Cambridge Avenue through to A�onk Avam�.e be
approved in prinaipal. Carried.
Vesely moved, T�ylor seconded, that Mr. E. S. I�arsen�s request dated 7/27/54 for the re-
platting for sale purposes part of his iat #5� Bloak�8, Hobby gcrea, be tabled. Carrisd.
Perbix moved, Bnderla aeconded, that =rwin Dahlhei.m�eris request for a g�rage building
permit be referred to N�. Taylor for handling. Carried.
Perbix moved, Vesely seconded, that p�oposed platting of Campbella Seaond Addition as
p�esented by H. Kloss & Son be recommended for approval subject to the City Manager a�l
City Engineer�s approval as to dr ainage,sew�r main construation and road gra�dea. Carried.

A, H, Malerich, Jr.� request for vacating a11ey in Block 79 be granted. Carried.

quest of D�. Roy C. Gessnar for modi.tication of the strict application of certain pra-

I have about one half acres of latirn and shrubbery
where I live in Hobby Acres, and to take care of
so much la�n is too much for me on � spare time
on acaount of a high blood pressure condition.
Accordingly� I Would like to sell part of my land�
about 70 feet an the South end. (There is also 10
''`� feet of boulevard belonging to Hopkins.) The piece
I would sell is about 70 x 124 or enough for a good
building site, vith a South facing.
I do not believe a�ny of my neighbors Would ob�ect
to �t disposing of this piece� and th�y have so
stated.
Apparently I x3.11 need the approval of the Village
Council before I can replat and sell this piece.
I xill appreciate your help in bringing this before
the Council for their consideration and action.,
