CITY OF HOPKZNS � HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINRIESOTA ZONING AND PLANNING COMb7ISSI0N RESOLUTION N0. 17 � A RESOLUTION ORDERING A HEaRING Old PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE RELATING TO SET BACK LINES ON CERTAIId ALLEYS. WHEREAS, The Zoning and Planning Commission of the Cit7 of Hopkins desires to initiate the following amendment to Ordinance No. 8 ( the Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Hopkins, namely: " Add to Section 5, Subdivision 5, the followin�: (d) In that part of the commercial district abutting upon the easterly and westerly alleys in Blocks Sixty-six ( 66) , Sixt�- seven (67), Sixty-eight (68) , Sixty-nine (69) , Seventy ( 70) and Seventy-one ( 71) , West Minneapolis Second Division, and Blocks T�o � (2) , Three (3) , Four (I�) , Five (5) , Six (6) and Seven ( 7), West Minrie apolis, no building shall be erected within six ( 6) feet of the northerly and southerly lines of said easterly and westerly alleys. „�,. IT IS HEREBY ORDERID that the Zoning and planning Commission hold a public hearing on said initiated amendment at the Council Cham- bers in the City Hall in the City of Hopkins on the 8th day of January, 1952, at 8:00 o� clock p.m. , and that the secretary of the Corrnnission give seven ( 7) days published not3.ce of said hearing in the official newspaper of the City by publishing a copy of this resolution therein.
