A RESOLUTION ORDERING A HEARING ON AN APPLICATION
FOR THE REZONING OF A PORTION OF LOT SEVENTY-
SEVEN, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISIUN NUMBER TtivO HUNDRED
THIRTY-1`dINE, HENNEPIN COUNTF, MIINNES(1TA.
WHEREAS, the Northerly Two Hundred Fifty (250) feet of
Lot Seventy-seven ( 7?) , Auditorts Subdivision Number Two Hundred
Thirty-nine (239) , Hennepin County, Minnesota, has heretofore been
zoned within the commercial district of the City of Hopkins, and
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the �oning and
Planning Commission requesting that said Lot Seventy-seven ( 77)

be rezoned so that all of the lot will be in theresidential district
of the City except that part of the Northerly One Hundred Thirty-
three ( 133) feet thereof which lies `Nesterly of a line parallel to
and One Hundred Thirty and one-hundredth (131.01) feet West of the
East line thereof, and
WHEREAS, such rezoning would require the adoption of an
ordinance ��hich would amend the �oning Ordinance of the City of
Hopkins; NOVJ, THEREFORE,
IT IS HEREBv Ot�DERID that the Zoninb and Planning Com-
mission hold a public hearing on said matter at the Council Chembers
�— in the City Hall on the 27th day of May, 1952, at 8:00 o� clock p.m. ,
and that the Secretary of the Commission give seven ( 7) days pub-
lished notice of said hearing in the official newspaper of the City
by publishing a copy of this resolution therein.
