A RESOLUTTON ORDERING A HF�ARINs ON AN AF'PLICATION
FOR THE R�ZONING 0� LOTS SE��N AND EIGHT, BLOCK ON�,
'�'dEc�T T�2INf��.�APOLIS, THIRU ADDITION.
WHEREAS, L6ts Seven ( 7) and Ei�;ht (8) , Block One ( 1) ,
'JUest Minreapolis, Third Addition, have heretofore been zoned within
the residential dist.rict of the city, and
uVHL;rF�S, a petition has beAn filed ��vith the Zonin� and
Plannin� Commission requesting that said Lots be rezoned so that they
� will be in the commercial district of the city instead of' in the
residential district, and
'�VI-�RFAS, such rezoning would require the adoption of an
ordinance which would amend the Zonin; Ordinance of the City of Hopkins,
NOW, THEREFORE,
I^ IS HER.EBY ORDE�t�D that the Zonin� ancl Plarinin� Commission
hold a public heAring on sa:i.d matter at the Council ChamLers in the
City Ha11 on the 28th day of October, 1952, at 8: 00 o+ clock �.m. , and
that the Secretary of the Commission give seven ( 7) days published
notice of said hearing in the official newspaper of' the city by pub-
lishing a copy of this resolution therein.
