" A RESOLUTIC�N ORDERING A HEARING ON APPLICATION FOR THE REZ�VING OF CEF7fAIN PROPERTY. WHEREAS, all those portions of Lots One ( I) to Five (5) , inclusive, and Lots Thirty (30) to Thirty-two (32) , inclusive, Block One ( 1) , West Minne- apolis, which have not heretofore been zoned as commercial property have been zoned as in the multiple dwelling district of the city of Hopkins, and WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the Zoning and Planning Commission of Hopkins requesting that ail such portions of said lots which have said lots herefiofore been zoned as multiple dwelting be rezoned so that all of� will be in the commercial district of the city, and � WHEREAS, said rezoning of said properfiy would require the adoption of an ordinance which would amend the zoning ordinance of the cii-y of Hopkins, NO��^!, THEREFORE, IT iS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Zoning and Planning Commission hold a public hearing on the matter of rezoning said property at the council chambers in the city hall on t,4onday, fihe 19th day of July, 195L�, afi 8:00 otclock p.m. and that the secretary of the commission give seven dayst published notice of said hearing in the official newspaper of the city by publishing a copy of this resolution therein.
