� ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION N0. 28
A RESOLUTION ORDERING A HEARING ON AN APPLICATION FOR
MODIFICATION OF THE STRICT APPLICATION OF CERTAIN PRO-
VISIOtJS GF THE ZONING ORDINANCE.
."MEREAS, written application has been mad� to the building inspector
for a permit to erect a garage which will be attached fo the easterly end of
the residential building now located and constructed on Loi's Thirteen ( 13) ,
Fourteen ( 11�.) and Fifteen ( 15) , Block Four (1+) , F. A. Savagets Interlachen
Park, and
VJHEREAS, said garage would be so located that it would be in
violation of the requirements of fihe zoning ordinance of th� city of Hopkins
.�
i n that sa i d Lot Fourteen ( II�) wou I d not have a rear yard of a depth equa I
to twenty (20) per cent of the deQth of the lot as required by Ordinance No. 8,
Section 3, Subdivision 7, of the city; P�OV'J, THEREFORE,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Zoning and Planning Commission of the
cii-y of Hopkins, Hennepin County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on said
application at the council chambers in fihe city hall on Alonday, fihe 3tst day of
Augusf, 1954, at 8:00 otclock p.m. and that the secretary of fihe commission give
seven dayst published notice of said hearing in the official newspaper of the
cifiy by publishing a copy of this resolution therein.
