',JHEREAS, Lots Eleven ( I I) , Tvre Ive ( 12) and Thirteen ( 13) , Block Seventy-n i ne (70) , !'Iest l��i nneapo I i s, Second Di v i s i on, are noN� zonod a s part of the residential district of the city of Nopkins, and '�"!H1=REAS, a pet i t i on has been f i led wi th the Zon i ng and P lann i ng Commission of Hopkins requesting thaf said lots be rezoned so that they tivill be in the commercial district of the city, and !'/��EREAS, said rezoning of said lots woutd require the adoption of � an ordinance which vrould amend the zoning orc�inance of the city of Hopkins, NO'�:�, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORD�R�D, that the Zoning and Planning Commission hold a public hearing. on the matfier of rezoning said lots at the council chambers in the city hall on P�londay, August 31 , 1951�., at &:00 otcl�ck p.m. and that the secretary of the commission give seven dayst published notice of said hear-ing in the official newspaper of the city by publishing a copy of this resolution therein.
