of the residential district of the city of Nopkins, and

Commission of Hopkins requesting thaf said lots be rezoned so that they tivill
be in the commercial district of the city, and
!'/��EREAS, said rezoning of said lots woutd require the adoption of

an ordinance which vrould amend the zoning orc�inance of the city of Hopkins,
NO'�:�, THEREFORE,
IT IS HEREBY ORD�R�D, that the Zoning and Planning Commission hold
a public hearing. on the matfier of rezoning said lots at the council chambers in
the city hall on P�londay, August 31 , 1951�., at &:00 otcl�ck p.m. and that the
secretary of the commission give seven dayst published notice of said hear-ing
in the official newspaper of the city by publishing a copy of this resolution
therein.
