A RESOLUTION ORDERING A HEARING ON PROPOSED AMEND-
MENT TO THAT PORTION OF THE ZONING ORDIATANCE OF THE
CITY OF HOPKINS RELATING TO USE REGULATIONS IN THE
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the zoning and planning commission of the
city of Hopkins desires to initiate the following amendment to
Ordina.nce Number 131 (the Zoning Ordinance, )namely:
Amend Section 10, Subdivision 1, to read as follovas:
Subd. 1. USES PERMITTED. In the In-Industrial
� Districts, the following uses are per-
mitted:
(A) All uses permitted in any residential or
commercial district, subject to all the
regulations and requirements specified
therefor;
(B) Any non-residential use not otherwise
prohibited by law, provided the opera-
tion of any such use conforms to all stan-
dards and limitations provided herein.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the zoning and planning
commis�ion hold a public hearing on such initiated amendment at
the council chambers in the city hall in the city of Hopkins on
the 26th dag of November, 1957, at 8:00 p.m., and that the secre-
�, targ of the commission give seven days published not3,ce of such
hearing in the official newspaper of the city.
ADOPTID by the zonin� and planning commission of the
city of Hopkins at a regular meeting thereof held this 29th day of
October, 195?•
