08-14-1973 A special meeting of the Hopkins Zoning and Planning Commission was held on
Tuesday, August 14, 1973 at 7:30 P.M. in the Conference Room of the City Hall.
Present were Chairman Shirley, members Arnold, Gaskell, Hance, Moll, Sidla and
Vassar. Also present were City Manager Novak, Zoning Administrator Kohnen, City
Engineer Strojan, City Planner Bergly, Jim Ruona of Midwest Planning and Research
�"' and Phil Hagedorn of H.R.A.
Item: R-4 Zoning
Mr. Arnold moved and Mr. Sidla seconded a motion to accept Mr. Berglys
proposed ordinances in this zoning district. Motion carried.
Irem: R-5 Zoning
Mr. Gaskell moved and Mr. Sidla seconded a motion to accept Mr. Berglys
proposed ordinances in this zoning district. Motion carried.
Item: R-6 Zoning
Mr. Arnold moved and Mr. Sidla seconded a motion to accept Mr. Berglys
proposed ordinances in this zoning district. Motion carried.
Item: Zoning Map changes.
Mrs. Moll moved and Mr. Gaskell seconded a motion to accept Mr. Berglys ��
� proposed changes in the new City Zoning Map. Motion carried.
Item: Election of officers.
By written ballot Mr. Shirley was re-elected Chairman, Mrs. Moll was
elected Secretary and Mr. Gaskell was elected Vice-chairman.
Action: Mrs. Moll moved and Mr. Arnold seconded a motion that the meeting be
adjourned. Motion carried.
