RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECONIlVIENDING
APPROVAL OF A PRELIMINARY/FINAL PLAT
VVHEREAS, an application for Preliminary/Final Plat SUBD99-2 has been made by Parkview
Office Associated;
WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows:
1. That an application for a preliminary/final plat was made by Parkview Offce Associates
on May 28, 1999;
2. That the Hopkins Zoning and Planning Commission, pursuant to mailed and published
notice, held a public hearing on the application and reviewed such application on June 29,
1999: all persons present were given an opportunity to be heard;
3. That the written comments and analysis of City staffwere considered; and
4. A legal description of the subject property is as follows:
Lots 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21; the south 25.00 feet of Lots 13 and 22, Block 5,
WEST M1I�TNEAPOLIS, according to the recorded plat thereof and situated in Hennepin
County, Minnesota; together with that part of the vacated alley in said Block 5 lying
southerly of the extensions of the north line of the south 25.00 feet of said Lots 13 and
22.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the application for Subdivision SUBD99-2 is
hereby recommended for approval based on the following Findings of Fact:
1. That the proposed plat meets the subdivision requirements.
2. That the proposed lot meets the zoning requirements.
