RZ99-06 ^ CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnesota RESOLUTION NO: RZ99-6 RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMI��NDING APPROVAL OF A SETBACK VARIANCE AT 529-17TH AVENUE NORTH WHEREAS, an application for Variance VN99-3 has been made by Daryl Peterson; WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: 1. That an application for a setback variance was made by the Daryl Peterson on Apri123, 1999; 2. That the Hopkins Zoning and Planning Commission, pursuant to mailed notice, held a meeting on the application and reviewed such application on May 25, 1999: all persons present were given an opportunity to be heard; 3. That the written comments and analysis of City staff were considered; and 4. The legal description of the property is as follows: The west 271 feet of that part of the Northwest '/a of the Northwest '/4 of Section 24 Township 117 Range 22, West of the Sth Principal Meridian described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said section; thence east along the north line of said section 331 feet; thence southerly and parallel with the west line of said section 141.6 feet; thence west and parallel with the north line of said section to the west line thereof; thence north along said west line 141.6 feet to point of beginning NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the application for Variance VN99-2 is hereby recommended for approval based on the following Findings of Fact: 1.
