RZ97-15 CITY OF HOPKINS r' Hennepin County, Minnesota RESOLUTION NO: RZ97-15 RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECONIl�IENDING DE1vIAL OF A VARIANCE TO ALLOW SIGNAGE WHEREAS, an application for Variance VN97-2 has been made by Ed Hanlon, and; WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: 1. That an application for Variance VN97-2 was made by Ed Hanlon on July 3, 1997; 2. That the Hopkins Planning Commission, pursuant to mailed notice, held a meeting on the application and reviewed such application on July 29, 1997: all persons present were given an opportunity to be heard; 3. That the written comments and analysis of the City staff were considered; and 4. A legal description of the subject property is as follows: --� Southerly 62 feet of Lots 13, 14 and 15 Block 69 West Minneapolis Second Division NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that application for Variance VN97-2 is hereby recommended for denial based on the following Findings of Fact: 1. That the site does not have a undue hardship. 2. That the applicant has reasonable use of the property without the granting of the variance.
