RESOLUTION NO: RZ94-16
RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMI��NDING FOR
APPROVAL AN APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR AN AUTO STORAGE FACILITY
WHEREAS, an application for a conditional use permit CUP94-5, made by Matt's Towing for an
auto impound lot at 1300 Second Street South is recommended for approval.
WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows:
1. That an application for a conditional use permit CUP94-5 was filed with the City of
Hopkins on September 23, 1994.
2. That the Hopkins Planning Commission, pursuant to published and mailed notices, held a
public hearing on the application and reviewed such application on October 25, 1994: all
� persons present at the hearing were given an opportunity to be heard.
3. That the written comments and analysis of the City staff and the Planning Commission
were considered.
4. A legal description of the subject property is as follows:
Block 1, Lot 2 Stiele Addition
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the application for conditional use permit
CUP94-5 is hereby recommended for approval based on the following Findings of Fact:
1. That the applicant meets the requirement for a conditional use permit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that application for CUP94-5 is hereby recommended for
approval based on the following conditions:
1. That entire site the parking area must have a bituminous surface by June 1, 1995.
2 That there are no buildings constructed on the applicants site.

3. That there are no demolished cars stored on the site.
4. That the entire site has a screened fence
5. There shall be no dismantling of cars stored on the site.
6. That the conditional use permit will be reviewed after one year from the date of approval.
