RESOLUTION NO: RZ93-12
RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PRELIMINARY/FINAL PLAT
FOR WESTBROOKE HILLS
WHEREAS, an application for a subdivision SUBD93-1, made by Three
S Properties to re-plat an outlot south of the mini storage site at
1144 Seventh Street South is recommended for approval.
WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows:
1. That an application for a subdivision SUBD93-1 was filed
with the City of Hopkins on May 26, 1993 .
2. That the Hopkins Planning Commission, pursuant to published
and mailed notices, held a public hearing on the application
and reviewed such application on June 29, 1993 : all persons
present at the hearing were given an opportunity to be
heard.
3. That the written comments and analysis of the City staff and
� the Planning Commission were considered.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the application for
subdivision SUBD 93-1 is hereby recommended for approval based on the
following Findings of Fact:
1. That the Westbrooke Hill plat meets the subdivision
requirements.
2 . That the Westbrooke Hill plat meets the minimum lot
requirements for a subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that application for SUBD 93-1 is hereby
recommended for approval based on the following conditions:
1. That the Westbrooke Patio Homes Association and/or the
applicant provide the City with a license agreement for
the monitoring wells on Lot 2 .
2 . That the berm as shown on the site plan is maintained
as a berm.
