RZ93-14 �� CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnesota RESOLUTION NO: RZ93-14 RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN APPLICATION FOR AMENDING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT WHEREAS, an application for a conditional use permit CUP 93-5, to amend CUP 87-28 made by Three S Properties to add an addition to the existing mini storage lot at 1144 Seventh Street South is recommended for approval. WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: 1. That an application for a conditional use permit CUP 93-5 was filed with the City of Hopkins on June 29, 1993 . 2 . That the Hopkins Planning Commission, pursuant to published and mailed notices, held a public hearing on the application and reviewed such application on June 29, 1993 : all persons present at the hearing were given an opportunity to be heard. _� 3 . That the written comments and analysis of the City staff and the Planning Commission were considered. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the application for conditional use permit CUP 93-5 is hereby recommended for approval based on the following Findings of Fact: 1. That the proposed additions meet the minimum requirements for the I-1 zoning district. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that application for CUP 93-5 is hereby recommended for approval based on the following conditions: 1. That the slates are placed in the fence on the east 1/2 of the south lot line of Lot 1. 2 . That the Watershed District approves the proposed development. 3 . That the applicant provides a license agreement for the monitoring wells on the site. 4 . That the property in which the mini storage addition will be —� constructed will be combined and rezoned with the existing mini-storage site. RESOLUTION NO: RZ93-14 Page 2 �-�. 5.
