RESOLUTION NO: RZ92-13
RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS. OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF AN APPLICATION FOR A WAIVER OF PLAT
WHEREAS, an application for a waiver of plat entitled WVR 92-1 made by
Mary J. Tesarek is recommended for approval.
WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows:
1. That an application for a waiver of plat WVR 92-1 was
filed with the City of Hopkins on May 27, 1992 .
2 . That the Hopkins Planning Commission reviewed such
application on June 30, 1992 .
3 . That the Hopkins Planning Commission, pursuant to
mailed notice, held a hearing on June 30, 1992 : all
persons present at the hearing were given an
opportunity to be heard.
4 . That the written comments and analysis of the City
Staff and the Planning Commission were considered.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that application for WVR 92-1 is hereby
recommended for approval based on the following Findings of
Fact:
1. That the proposed lots meet the minimum requirements for a
lot in the R-1-A Zoning District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that application for WVR 92-1 is hereby
recommended for approval based on the following Conditions:
1. That the Hennepin County Recorder accepts the waiver of
plat.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City
of Hopkins that said premises as below described are divided as
hereinabove set forth without further platting or other formal
subdivision requirements.
PARCEL A
Lot 1 and 2 , Block 8, WEST MINNEAPO�IS THIRD DIVISION, according to
--� the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota; EXCEPT the
south 18 . 05 feet of said Lot 2 as measured along the east and west
line of said Lot 2 .

Lot 3 and the South 18 . 05 feet of Lot 2 as measured along the east and
west of said Lot 2 , all in Block 8, WEST MINNEAPOLIS THIRD DIVISION,
according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Adopted this 30th day of June, 1992 .
