I Economic Development I
MEMORANDUM
TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council
FROM: Jim Kerrigan, Director of Planning & Economic Development
DATE: July 7, 2005
SUBJECT: Block 64 - July 12 Work Session
Staff has scheduled time on the July 12 work session agenda to review additional
infonmation on a proposed project for Block 64. As you recall, at the June 21

material was a site plan of a project being proposed for this block by Spyder
Development, LLC.
In a letter dated June 27, 2005, Robert Lindall of Kennedy & Graven requested
additional information concerning this project from Leonard Street and Deinard to
be submitted by July 8.
As of the date of this memo, no additional information has been received. Any
materials delivered to the City by the July 8 deadline will be shared with the
Council at the work session.
