Memo - Goals and Objectives - 2005-2006 ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES: OFFICE OF THE CITY MANAGER MEMORANDUM TO: FROM: MEETING DATE: SUBJECT: Honorable Mayor and Members of the Cit~ Rick Getschow, Hopkins City Manager May 24, 2005 2005-2006 Goals and Objectives Background: The City Council and staff conducted a retreat on March 22, 2005 to review the 2004-2005 Goals and Objectives. Based on that discussion a draft of goals and objectives for 2005-2006 is included in this packet for review and discussion. It is anticipated that the 2005-2006 Goals and Objectives will be placed on a future regular City Council agenda for approval. Enclosures: 1 . Draft 2005-2006 Goals and Objectives Goal I Improve Communications and Marketing Efforts to Residents, Developers and Businesses I A Market Hopkins to the residents, future residents, and the business and development community.
