CR 05-140 Supervalu landscape OITY OF & September 29, 2005 HOPKINS Council Report 05-140 SUPERV ALU . LANDSCAPING Proposed Action. Staff recommends the following motion: Move to approve the Supervalu landscaping plan for the building at 300 Second Avenue South. Overview. The addition to Supervalu was approved last April. The addition is in the process of being constructed. As part of the process to approve the addition, residents and a representative of the Planning Commission formed a committee to review the exterior appearance of the wall. The general landscaping was discussed in the spring. Now Supervalu has a final landscaping plan and met with the Committee on September 21. There was a consensus by the committee that the landscaping was acceptable. If the weather cooperates, the landscaping will be completed this fall. Supportinl! Documents. .
