RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN TO REMODEL THE BUILDING AT 415-17T" AVENUE
NORTH
WHEREAS, an application for Site Plan Review SPR11-4 has been made by Stonehenge
USA;
WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows:
l. That an application for a Site Plan was made by Stonehenge USA, on April
29, 2011;
2. That the Hopkins Zoning and Planning Commission, pursuant to mailed and
published notice, held a public hearing on the application and reviewed such
application on May 31, 2011: all persons present were given an opportunity
to be heard;
3. That the written comments and analysis of City staff were considered; and,

4. A legal description of the subject property is as follows:
Lots 7, 8, 9, l 0, and 11, Block 1 Souba Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the application for Site Plan Review SPR11-
4 is hereby recoinmended for approval based on the following Findings of Fact:
1. That the Planning Commission reviewed the proposed redevelopment.
2. That the proposed use meets the requirements for site plan review.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that application for Site Plan Review SPR11-4 is hereby
recom�nended for approval subject to the following conditions:
1. That the east doors be used only for an emergency exit.
2. That there is no vehicle access from the site to the alley.
3. That there be no deliveries from the alley.
4. That the comments from the City Engineer be fulfilled.
