RZ07-15 � CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnesota RESOLUTION NO: RZ07-15 RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ADD A DRIVE-THROUGH TO THE EXISTING BUILDING AT 15 NINTH AVENUE NORTH. WHEREAS, an application for Conditional Use Permit CUP07-2 has been made by Snyder Drug; WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: 1. That an application for a conditional use permit was made by Snyder Drug; 2. That the Hopkins Zoning and Planning Commission, pursuant to mailed and published notice, held a public hearing on the application and reviewed such application on August 28, 2007: all persons present were given an opportunity to be heard; � 3. That the written comments and analysis of City staff were considered; and 4. A legal description of the subject property is as follows: Lots 15, 16, 17 and the South ten feet of Lot 18, all in Block 67, West Minneapolis, Second Division, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, State of Minnesota NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the application for Conditional Use Permit CUP07-2 is hereby recommended for approval based on the following Findings of Fact: 1. That the proposed use meets the requirements for a conditional use permit if a variance is granted for number seven. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that application for Conditional Use Permit CUP07-2 is hereby recommended for approval subject to the following conditions: 1. That a variance is granted for condition number seven. 2. That the proposed signage is reviewed and approved by the public works � department. � Adopted this 28th day of August 2007.
