RZ05-25 CITY OF HOPI{INS Hennepin County, Minnesota � RESOLUTION NO: RZOS-25 RESOLUTION NIAKII�'G FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING � APPROVAL OF A VARIANCE FOR A FRONT YARD SETBACK WHEREAS, an application for Variance VNOS-6 has been inade by Greg Narr; and WHEREAS, the proced�u�al historv of the application is as follows: 1 . That an application for Variance V:�O�-6 was made by Gi-e� Narr o» J�u�e 24, 2005; 2. That tlle Hopkins 7oning aild Planning Commission, pursuant to mailed notice, hel�i a ineeting on the applicatioll and reviewed such application on July 26, 2005: all persons present were given an opportunity to be heard; 3. SAVAGE'S ]NTERLACHEN PARK" which lies southerly of a line running fron� a point on the East li►ie of said Lot 17 distant 35.00 feet North of the Southeast corner of said vacated street to a poi�lt o�l the West line of said vacated street distant 20.00 feet �— Nortll of tlle South�vest corner o� said vacated street, and that part of the North 75.00 feet of the NE '/4 of the NE '/4 of Section 30, Township 117, Range 21 lying between the Easterly and �Vesterly boundary lines extended Southerly of Lot 17, F31ock 13, "F.A. That subject parcel has a 20-foot utility easeinent on�the south lot line. 2. That the utilit}� is not centered on the easement. 3.
