ORDINANCE REZONING THE AREA NORTHEAST OF THE EISENHOWER COMMUNITY

1. That an application for zonin; amendment was made by Mike Halley on June 24,
2005;

public hearing on the a}�plication and re��iewed st�c11 applicatioi� on July 26, 2005:
all persons present wer� given an opportLulity to be heard;
3. Tl1at the ���ritten commcnts and an�lysis of City staff were considered.
I�'(�\V, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED that the application for Zoning Amendment ZNOS-7
is hereby rccommcnded for approval based on the follo��in� Findings of Fact:

1. That the rezoning is necessaiy to develop the property to a multi-family building.
2. Tl1at tl�e area to be rezoned is compatible for a multi-family building.

1. That the Comprehensive Plan designation is changed from Institutional to High
Density Residential. •

3. That the site is replattcd. �
