RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT A CLUBHOUSE FOR
OAKRIDGE COUNTRY CLUB
WHEREAS, an application for Conditional Use Pennit CUP04-3 has been made by Oal<rid`c
Country Club;
WHEREAS, the pi�ocedural 1listory of the application is as follo�vs:
1. That an application for a conditional use pernlit was made by Oakridge Co�u�ty Club on
May 28, 2004;
2. That the Hopkins Zoning and Planning Commission, pursuant to mailcd and publishcd
notice, held a public hearing on the application ai�d reviewed stich application on Junc ��),
2004: all persons present were given an opportunity to be heard;
3. That the written comments and analysis of City staff were considered; and
� 4. A legal description of the subject property is as follows:
Tract C Registered Land Survey No. 708 also east 280 feet of south 180 feet of
northwest '/4 of solitheast '/4 of Section 13 and south 20 feet of west 380 feet of�
east 660 feet of said northwest '/4 of southeast '/a and southwest '/4 of so�itheast !/�
of section 13 and east one-half of southwest '/.� of section 13 and that part of
i�orthwest '/4 of section 13 lying south of Block 6 of Bellgrove and east 900 feet of
that part of west one-half of southwest '/4 of Section 13 corresponding ro Lots 4, 5,
6, and soutll one-half three Soubas Subdivision now vacated also east 400 feet of
that part of west one-half of southwest '/4 of sectio�l 13 con-esponding to Lot 7
Soubas Subdivision now vacated and east 307.88 feet of west 832.38 feet of that
part of northeast '/4 of Section 24 lying nortli of highway also north 100 feet of
east 486.87 of northwest '/4 or northeast '/4 of Section 24 except road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the application for CUP04-6 is hercby
recommended for approval based on the following Findings of Fact:
1. That the development meets the reqliirements for a coi�dition�ll use pei-mit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that application for CUP04-6 is hereby recommcndccl I�or
�-' a}�pi-oval based on the following conditions:
1. That the Watershed District approves the proposed development.
2. That the Public Works Department approves the fina] plans.
