RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF A VARIANCE FOR LOT WIDTH FOR THE NEW LOT AT 713 DRILLANE
WHEREAS, an application for Variance VN04-1 has been made by Lesley Ackerberg;
and
WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows:
1. That an application for Variance VN04-1 was made by Lesley Ackerberg
on January 23, 2004;
2. That the Hopkins Zoning and Planning Commission, pursuant to mailed
notice, held a meeting on the application and reviewed sllch applicatio�l on
February 24, 2004: all persons present were given an opportunity to be
heard;
3. That the written comments and analysis of the City staff were co�lsidered;
and
4. Legal description of the parcel is as follows:

Lot 7, Block 1, Drillane
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that application for Variance VN04-1 is
hereby recommended for approval based on the following Findings of Fact:
l. That the subject lot has a hardship because to the limited amowlt of frontage
on Drillane.
2. That the size and shape of the lot abutting Drillane is not proportional to the
frontage on Drillane.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that application for Variance VN04-1 is hereby
recommended for approval based on the following conditions:
1. That the property is replatted.
2. Tllat the park dedication fee is paid.
