RZ00-21 CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnesota `" RESOLUTION NO: 2000-21 RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND DEIVIAL OF VARIANCES TO PERNIIT A 12' x 20' ACCESSORY BUII.DING AT 1409 CAMBRIDGE STREET WHEREAS, an application for Variance VN00-6 has been made by Kenneth Emme; and WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: 1. That an application for Variance VN00-6 was made by Kenneth Emme on October 11, 2000; 2. That the Hopkins Zoning and Planning Commission, pursuant to mailed notice, held a meeting on the application and reviewed such application on November 1, 2000: all persons present were given an opportunity to be heard; 3. That the written comments and analysis of the City staff were considered; and 4. Legal description of the parcel is as follows: Lot 19 and the west 10 feet of Lot 18 Auditor's Subdivision No. 239. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that application for Variance VN00-6 is hereby recommended for denial based on the following Findings of Fact: 1.
