Village Counci�l adopted septe�nber 7th 1926, the Villa�e

calculate the �.mount proper a.nd necessary to be especia.11y

without regard .to ca:sh va.luatior� and in accordance vyith
provisions of �ection 2 Chapter 425, G. L. 1;21,,Minnespta,

for the p�yment aforesaid be raade payable in five eq�al annual
installments. '

Clerk is hereby directed. to immediately transmi� a certified
duplicate thereof .to the County Au�_itor for collection in the

Upon the report an3 investigations made by the committee appointed to
ineesti"gate the insurance on the Tank, Tawer, pump-house, machinery and contents,
