Memo - HCA Capacity & Programming DiscussionMEMORANDUM To: Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Council FROM: Jay Strachota, Facilities Director Susan Hanna - Bibus, Executive Arts Director DATE: June 6, 2008 SUBJECT: HCA Capacity & Programming Discussion At the June 10, 2008 City Council work session staff will first present information on the meet & confer process, theater availability, programming, and capacity through a brief power point presentation. The intent of this presentation is to provide information that will be valuable in the discussion to follow. Utilizing the projection set up for the power point we will then project the Arts Center's schedule. The Arts Center uses a program called EMS — Events Management System to schedule events at the center. The software is very easy to read and understand, so after a quick explanation as to how to read the schedule we will be able to use the software to review the programming, analyze capacity, and to answer questions during our discussions.
