the Mavor and Citv Manaqer to siqn a supplemental aqreement in the amount of
$51,112.40 to amend the contract between Hennepin Countv and Park Construction
Co.
Overview.
Subsequent to construction contract approval, staff determined that it would be
beneficial to replace an additional 500' of 12" watermain that was located under existing

has prepared the required supplemental agreement and Park Construction has signed
it. Staff now requests City Council approval.
