Staff recommends the following motion: Move to adopt Resolution.04-13, approving a
lot width variance for the proposed new lot at 113. Drillane. ,. '.' .,

At the Zoning and Planning meeting Mr. Hatlestad mo~ed and Mr., Paul seconded a
motionto adopt ResolutionRZ04-2,recommendingapprovalofalot width variance for
theproposed newJotat713 Drillane. The motion was approved unanimously.
Overview.
The applicant, the Lesley Ackerberg, is proposing to divide her lot at 713 Drillane into
two. parcels. The existing lot is 96,500 square feetand is proposed to bedivided into a
'59,550 square foot lot and a 36,950, lot. The 59,550 square foot lot has an existing"
home and will meet all the minimum zoning requirements. The 36,950 square footlot is
vacant and meets ,the square footage requirements to construct a single family home.
