The motion was approved unanimously. Overview. The applicant, the Lesley Ackerberg, is proposing to divide her lot at 713 Drillane into two. parcels. The existing lot is 96,500 square feetand is proposed to bedivided into a '59,550 square foot lot and a 36,950, lot. The 59,550 square foot lot has an existing" home and will meet all the minimum zoning requirements. The 36,950 square footlot is vacant and meets ,the square footage requirements to construct a single family home. TheF--I-D district minimum widthis 100 feet.
