, motion to approve ResolutionRZ04-3,rec()Illmending approval of a ,preliminary/final plat at
713 Drillane. The motion was approved unanimously. ., "
Overview.
The applicant is proposing to divide the lot at713 Drillane into two lots. The existing lot is
96,500 square feet and is pt6posedto be divided into, a 59,550 square foot and a 36,950 lot.
The 59,550 square foot lot has an existing home and will meet all the minimum zoning
requirements. The 36,950 square foot lot is vacant; the square footage meets the requirement
to constructa single:-family home on the lot. .

The lot did not meet the requirements for a w(:liver of plat because a variance is needed for
. minimum lot width for the new lot. The applicant has applied for a variance. "

WHEREAS, an application for a preliminary/firial plat SUBD04-1 has been made by Lesley
Ackerberg;
WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is asIo,llows:
1. That an application for. a preliminary/final plat was, made. by Lesley Ackerberg, on
January 23,2004;
2. . That the Hopkins Zoning and FlariningCommission, pursuant to mailed and published
'notice, held a public hearing on the application and reviewed such application on
February24, 2004: all petsonspresent were given an opportunity to be heard;
