2021-1172 An Ordinance Rezoning Properties in the Northwest Quadrant of Excelsior Boulevard and Blake Road (PIDS 19-117-21-42-0044, 19-117-21-42-0045 & 19-117-21-42-0046) to Mixed Use With a Planned Unit Development (PUD) CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnesota ORDINANCE NO. 2021-1172 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTIES IN THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT OF EXCELSIOR BOULEVARD AND BLAKE ROAD (PIDS 19-117-21-42-0044, 19-117-21- 42-0045 & 19-117-21-42-0046) TO MIXED USE WITH A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the present zoning classifications of B-4,Neighborhood Business District or I-1, General Industrial District, upon the following described premises are hereby repealed, and in lieu thereof, said premises are hereby rezoned as follows: • PID 19-117-21-42-0044 from I-1, General Industrial to Mixed Use with a Planned Unit Development (PUD) • PID 19-117-21-42-0045 from B-4,Neighborhood Business District to Mixed Use District with a Planned Unit Development(PUD) • PID 19-117-21-42-0046 from B-4,Neighborhood Business District to Mixed Use District with a Planned Unit Development (PUD) 2.
