. Wine and Strong Beer License Application
Mainstreet Cafe Inc., dba Serenity Cafe
Proposed Action
Staff recommends adoption of the following motion: move to approve the application
for on-sale wine and on-sale 3.2 beer licenses which will allow the applicant to sell wine
and stronq beer on-sale, with the conditions that a certificate of insurance showinq
liquor Iiabilitv be submitted to the Clerk's office prior to issuance; and that no wine or
beer is served in an outdoor area.
Overview
Gennadiy Muravin is applying for an application to sell wine and strong beer in his
restaurant, Serenity Cafe. The restaurant will be located at 811 Mainstreet and is still
under construction. Staff is recommending approval with conditions.
Primary Issues to Consider
This is a routine application. The applicants will be given a copy of the current Liquor
violation policy and be informed that the City is in the process of drafting a new
ordinance.
