AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 325 BLAKE ROAD
NORTH WITH PID 19-117-21-14-0002 FROM I-2, GENERAL INDUSTRIAL TO
MIXED USE WITH A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the present zoning classification of I-2, General Industrial, upon the following described
premise is hereby repealed,and in lieu thereof,said premise is hereby zoned to Mixed Use with
a Planned Unit Development(PUD).
2. The legal description of the property to be rezoned is as follows:
