1. Fill out the Speaker Request Form at the bottom of this handout.
2. Give the completed Speaker Request Form to the City Clerk or Mayor before the beginning of the meeting.
Addressing the City Council
• Speakers will be limited to three minutes during Public Hearings, Open Agenda or any opportunities allowed by
the Wlayor.
• Speakers are asked to use the microphone to;,address the Council.
• After addressing the Council, speakers sho�ld returr� to their seats�
• Comments should reflect the issues being raised and should not be personal attacks.
