Proposed Action
Staff recommends adoption of the following motion: Approve Extension of On-Sale Liquor
License for Pizza Luce VI, Inc. DBA Pizza Luce VI to allow the sale of alcohol in a fenced-in
area on May 7 and June 4, 2022.
Overview
Pizza Luce has requested an extension of their on-sale liquor license to include the sale of
alcohol in a fenced in area within their parking lot. The extension is only valid for the following
events, dates and times:
Saturday, May 7 from Noon to closing for the Gran Fondo bike event
Saturday, June 4 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (the event starts at 7:30 a.m. State Statute does not
allow for liquor sales to commence until 8 a.m.)
Primary Issues to Consider
This premise extension is only valid on May 7 and June 4. Pizza Luce is responsible for the
service of alcohol in their parking lot and ensuring all those consuming of alcoholic
beverages are 21 years old.
Pizza Luce will need to submit a Certificate of Insurance that includes the liquor sales in their
parking lot for both dates.
