RESOLUTION 2022-030
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE BLAKE ROAD
STATION PLANNED UNIT DEVELOMENT AGREEMENT TO INCORPORATE SITE B (19-
117-21-42-0046), SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS
WHEREAS, the applicant, Bryan Farquhar of TF Hopkins, LLC (Trilogy Real Estate Group),
initiated an application for an amendment to the Blake Road Station PUD agreement to incorporate Site
B into the original PUD agreement; and
WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as Lot 3, Hopkins Commerce Addition
with PID 19-117-21-42-0046; and
WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows:
1. That the above stated application was initiated by the applicant on February 18, 2022; and,
2. That the Hopkins Planning & Zoning Commission, pursuant to published and mailed notice,
held a public hearing on the application and reviewed such application on March 22, 2022:
all persons present were given an opportunity to be heard; and,
3. That written comments and analysis of City staff were considered; and,
4. That the Hopkins Planning & Zoning Commission reviewed this application during the
March 22, 2022 meeting and recommended approval by the City Council, subject to
conditions; and
5. That the Hopkins City Council reviewed this item during the April 19, 2022 meeting and
agreed with the findings of the Planning& Zoning Commission.
WHEREAS, staff recommended approval of the above stated application based on the findings
outlined in the staff reports dated April 5, 2022 and April 19, 2022; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Hopkins
hereby approves the First Amendment to the Blake Road Station Planned Unit Development (PUD)
Agreement and authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to enter into this agreement, subject to the
conditions listed below.
1. Execution of an amendment to the Blake Road Station Planned Unit Development(PUD)
Agreement in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
2. Approval of the associated Site Plan for Blake Road Station Site B and compliance with all
associated conditions.
