Install a radio read system on the watermeters. Justification I The system will allow the Finance Department to move from a quarterly billing system to a monthly utility bill. The monthly billing system has benefits for both the City and the customers. It will provide a better cash flow for the City, and smaller monthly bills for the customer. 2001: Installation in Bellgrove, Knollwood, and Drillane neighborhoods 2002: Installation in Avenues East and West.
