REGULAR MEETING PROCEEDINGS
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 5, 2023
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Hopkins Housing and
Redevelopment Authority was held on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers at City Hall, 1010 1st Street South.
Board Chairperson Hanlon called the meeting to order with Board Members Beck,
Hunke and Garrido attending. Board Member Balan was absent. Others attending
included Executive Director Mornson and Assistant Executive Director Elverum.
AD OPT AGENDA
Motion by Beck. Second by Garrido.
Motion to Adopt the Agenda.
Ayes: Beck, Hunke, Garrido, Hanlon.
Nays: None. Absent: Balan. Motion carried.
CONSENT AGENDA
Motion by Hunke. Second by Beck.
Motion to approve the Consent Agenda.
1. Approve Minutes of the August 15, 2023 special meeting
2.Approve Disbursements through August 23, 2023
Ayes: Beck, Hunke, Garrido, Hanlon.
Nays: None. Absent: Balan. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the HRA and upon a motion by Beck,
second by Garrido, the meeting was unanimously adjourned at 6:31 p.m.
