Beer will be served between the hours of 12:00 noon and midnight on May 16 and 17, 1997, in a tent located at 9th Avenue and Mainstreet. Primary Issues to Consider o Routine License Application o Security for this event In 1996, the Council made a decision to require that an off-duty Hopkins Police Officer be retained by the organization for security. This requirement should be added to the motion if the wish of the Council is to have such officer in attendance for the entire time when beer is served at this event Supporting Information application is available in the City Clerk's office. ,
