amending section 1020, various inspection fees

Staff recommends approval of the following motion: Move
to adopt Ordinance 99-835, as amended for a second
readinq, approve the summary ordinance 99-835 and order
the ordinance published.
Adoption of this motion will approve a second reading of
ordinance 99-835, simplifying the current plumbing,
mechanical and utility inspection fee structure and
update the inspection fees to better reflect current
inspection costs.
Section 1020.07 has been amended to reflect the proposed
ordinance change in resolution 99-102 being proposed for
second reading by Lori Yager at this same meeting. This
was done to insure consistency. No further amendments
have been made from the first reading.

In order to simplify fees and match revenues to expenditures, The City Council of the City of Hopkins
does hereby ordain as follows:
