Staff reconmlends adoption of the following motion: Move that Council adopt Resolution 98-81. Resolution Accepting Work and Ordering Final Payment. SCADA System Installation. Overview. The contractor has completed the installation of a supervisory control and data acquisition system in the City's water department. The contractor has perfonned on punch list items to the engineer's satisfaction and the consultant recommends final payment. Primary Issues to Consider. . Accepting work and final payment The contractor has met all contract obligations. The work is done satisfactorily and the contractor has submitted all necessary final documents. A signed certificate of completion is forthcoming. Staff recommends approval of final payment. . . CITY OF HOPKINS HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 98-81 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND ORDERING FINAL PAYMENT SCADA SYSTEM INSTALLATION WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on Febmary 21, 1997, Twin City ElectIic Company has satisfactorily completed the improvement of installation of a supervisory control and data acquisition system, commonly known as City Project 95-14 in accordance with such contract, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HOPKINS, MINNESOT A: 1. The work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved. 2. Order for final payment on sllch contract is hereby ordered, taking the contractor's receipt e in full. 3.
