Attached is Resolution 95-94 approving the Raspberry Festival's Premises Permit Renewal
application for Hopkins Family Recreation, 107 Shady Oak Road. The Raspberry Festival and
Mr. Wright, owner of Hopkins Family Recreation, have come to an agreement regarding a lease.
The agreement allows Mr. Wright to cancel the lease with 90 days notice any time during the next

Should the lease be canceled, another organization could apply for a gambling license at this
location. Any application, of course, would have to be approved by the City Council.
. Staff recommends that the City Council approve all three resolutions, 95-91, 95-92, and 95-94.
