ORDINANCE NO. 95-774
AN ORDINANCE REZONING AN AREA NORTH OF MAINSTREET BETWEEN SIXTH
AND EIGHTH AVENUES NORTH
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins as follows.
That the present zoning classification ofR-4, Medium High Density Multiple Family, upon
the following described premises is hereby repealed, and in lieu thereof the said premises is hereby
zoned as R-I-A, Single and Two-Family High Density.
Lot 1, Block 67 West Minneapolis Second Division
Lots 17-19, Block 66, West Minneapolis Second Division
Lots 1-5, Block 66, West Minneapolis Second Division
Lots 13-19, Block 65, West Minneapolis Second Division
Lots 1-8, Block 65, West Minneapolis Second Division
That the presently existing Hopkins Zoning Map adopted as part of Hopkins Zoning
Ordinance is hereby amended and changed in accordance with the above provision.
